As soon as you have a date in mind is ideal. Availability is confirmed personally, and an enquiry does not reserve a date. I'll explain the booking arrangements with yyour quote.
Outdoor setups depend on suitable weather and a suitable space. I'll discuss the location and an indoor alternative or weather plan with you before confirming the booking.
